William V. Mulford

William V. Mulford, a retired mechanic, NYC employee and overall great man passed away on July 27, 2020.  Born January 29, 1939 in Liberty, New York, Bill spent most of his life on Long Island where he met his wife, Frances Mulford (nee Russo).  The two were married almost 55 years and had two children, William Mulford II and Jenine Mulford Bivona.  Bill is also survived by his son-in-law, Anthony Bivona and two granddaughters, Raquel and Jocelyn.  He is predeceased by his mother, Mary Quinby and sister, Ann Johnson.
Bill was loved by all who knew him and will be missed.  In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral services.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society or Good Shepherd Hospice’s Center at Rockville Centre.
