Obituary


Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Robert J. Howell, Jr. born to Robert J Howell, Sr. and
Elizabeth N. Howell on 2/24/1935. I was an only child with Amazing friends.

I attended John Adams High School, Wilberforce University in Xenia, Ohio and received my Masters'
Degree from the New School of New York.

I was employed with the City of New York, Human Resources Administration for 20+ years.

I was a lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and a Lifetime contributor to Wilberforce
University.

I am survived by my only child, Tracee M. Robinson and My Beloved Grandson, Robert Howell Robinson.

Widower to Elestine S. Howell

I closed my eyes on 9/17/2020 and went home. I had an Amazing life and Wonderful Family and Friends
throughout.

Do not mourn my passing, but please celebrate My Life.
