Nicholas Grigoraki

Nicholas Mark Grigoraki was called to heaven on February 1, 2023. Nicholas was born in Rhodes, Greece and emigrated to the United States of America at the age of 3 and settled down in Manhattan on West 57th Street. He grew up in " Hell's Kitchen " and received honors in school and eventually attended Brooklyn Polytechnic University and graduated number 11 out of 444 students. Post college he had worked for the United States Government, RCA and others. Having helped design some of the first satellites launched into outer space and designing gyroscopes for boat stabilization he eventually met Helen Hatzimihail at a Greek dance and married in 1960. He is survived by his wife, 4 children and his granddaughter Zoe, Nicholas will always be known for his love for his family and his endless life stories. This isn't the end for Nicholas's journey, this is only the beginning.
