Frances Vigliarolo

During these very trying times we at Donohue Cecere Funeral Home want to assure you that we have taken every precaution to provide a safe environment for you and your loved ones. Our location is cleaned and sanitized daily and we continue to follow best practices for social distancing and safety.
In accordance with Executive Order 202.17 (which requires any individual over age two, and able to medically tolerate a face-covering, be required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place) we are required to follow this mandate or risk being shut down; therefore, all individuals entering our funeral home will be asked to wear a face mask or cloth face covering.
As of the latest update we are able to offer limited visitation periods in the funeral home for family and friends up to 25 people per session. Please be mindful when visiting during these sessions to limit the amount of time spent at the funeral home. This will give the opportunity for other family and friends to visit.

Frances Vigliarolo joined her husband of 65 years and their son Carl, in eternal rest with Jesus on October 11, 2020. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, December 17, 1929, she and Frank raised their seven children and welcomed their nine grandchildren with delight.

Frances loved dancing, casinos, and a good meal. She was impeccably dressed for every occasion. Fran had a smile that would light up the room.  She and Frank, the love of her life, traveled the world and enjoyed their winters in Florida. Always around family, any gathering would elicit a party atmosphere and possibly a game of cards.

She is survived by her six children, Angela, Frank and wife Angela, Anne, Susan, Annette and husband Raymond and Catherine; her grandchildren, Danielle, Francesca, Carlo, Alexandra and husband John, Stephanie, Jaclyn and husband Chris, Francesco, Deandra, and Joseph, her brother Nick Bonura and her sister-in-law Dolly Bonura, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She loved her family and they brought great joy to her life.  Rest in peace, Love you more!
