Guiseppina (Josephine) Spadaro, age 93, a long-time resident of Westbury, NY, died at the Hospice Inn in Melville, NY on May 4, 2017. Josephine died peacefully in her sleep with her daughter by her side and the song Hallelujah playing in the background.
She is survived by her son John Spadaro and wife Deborah; son Harry Spadaro and wife Patricia; daughter Jo Ann Spadaro; grandchildren Alexander (wife Liudmila), Michael, John Jr., Christina (partner Dale Slingland), Christopher (wife Erika Marie), Nicole, Jamie Bush; two step-grandchildren Alessandra and Nigel; two great-grandchildren Wyatt and Eli Thomas; niece Dorothy Germino; and nephews William Spadaro and Dennis Spadaro. 
She was preceded in death by her beloved spouse John Spadaro in 2011, her brother Charles Cappetini in 1994, and her brother Frank Cappetini in 1988.
