• Looking for stories of unsung heros

  St. Mary's Episcopal Church Junior Warden, John Rein has been looking for stories about persons who have jumped, or are now jumping hurdles in their efforts to make our world a better place. These real life inspirational parables are to appear in a special section of St. Mary's website on a page devoted to "Unsung Heros". If you have knowledge of an unsung hero (even one that has already been publicly honored) please email any un-copyrighted profiles, letters or descriptions to: JohnRein3@gmail.com. December 2011 Events

• St. Mary's Episcopal Church Dessert Reception and Christmas Tree Lighting

  Sunday, December 04, 2011 to Tuesday, December 04, 2012

  The members of St. Mary's Episcopal Church would like to invite all Carle Place families to join them in a "Welcome to Advent" reception to be held in its Parish Hall on Sunday, December 4, 2011 from 2:30 - 4:30 PM, preceeding the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:00 PM. There will be ice cream, cake and beverages along with Christmas music provided by St. Mary's Music Director, Kingsley Mathew.
  Priest in charge, Gerardo Ramirez said " It's a real pleasure for us to host this event. It will provide an opportunity for all families, (adults and children) to gather together and enjoy each other's company, while welcoming in the most joyous seasons of the year...Advent and Christmas."

• Annual Holiday Memorial Program
